Refund Policy

Return Policy: Heer Jewels offers a 30-day return policy for all items purchased from us, with no questions asked. We reserve the right to process refunds after examining the returned items. When we receive the product back for the 30-day return policy, we will first examine the product. It should be unused and must be in the original condition with all the tags intact, along with the packaging and invoices. Please note that if any of these components are missing, we reserve the right to deduct the amount up to the MRP.

In cases where customers claim to have returned multiple products but the actual pickup does not include all the items, we have the right to deduct an amount from the refund. This deduction can be up to the full MRP of the missing product. This policy applies to promotional items as well, including free gifts and silver coins, if they were part of the original purchase.

Refund Policy: Once you have initiated a return for any of our products, we will initiate the refund process upon receiving the returned item at our warehouse. If you prefer a replacement or exchange for your order, you can also avail of that option. The conditions for replacement and exchange are the same as those applicable to returns. Please note that replacement items, they will be shipped after the initial return has been picked up or delivered, specifically for Gold items.

Return Process: To initiate a return request, you have two options: you can contact our Customer Support team who will assist you in the process. Alternatively, customers can raise the request via mail at support@heerjewels.com. Once you have requested the return, we kindly ask you to be available for the reverse pick-up and to answer any calls from the delivery partner. If you are unavailable or unable to answer the calls, the delivery partner may choose to cancel the reverse pick-up at their discretion. In such cases, you will need to start the process again, which may result in an extended timeline for the return.

Please take note that while the majority of pin codes are eligible for both forward and reverse service, there may be some rare cases where certain pin codes are only forward serviceable and not reverse serviceable. In such instances, we may ask you to use an alternate courier service, such as India Post, to return the product. We will reimburse you for reasonable shipping costs incurred (up to Rs. 80) when processing these returns.

If the charges for return shipping, duties, taxes, fees, etc. exceed Rs.80 any amount exceeding this limit will be deducted from the customer's refund. In the case of non-serviceable pin codes, it is the customer's responsibility to return the jewelry to our warehouse. 

In the unlikely event that you receive an empty parcel or a missing product, we kindly request you to contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the package for assistance. To further process your claim, we will require a 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel. Please be aware that if there is insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering with the package, your claim may not be honored. Ultimately, the final decision regarding such cases rests with the brand.
